Terms and Conditions for WorldClaw and WorldRouter

Effective Date: April 2026

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are entered into between you and WorldClaw Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("WorldClaw Limited," "WorldClaw," "we," "us," or "our"), and govern your access to and use of the WorldClaw and WorldRouter websites, applications, interfaces, products, software, services, hardware, and related services that we make available (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

If you access or use the Services on behalf of a company, fund, DAO, foundation, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" and "your" will refer to both you and that entity.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use the Services only if:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• your access to and use of the Services is not prohibited by applicable law; and
• all information you submit to us is accurate, complete, and kept current.

Restricted Territories You may not access this website or use the Services if you are: (a) a person or entity who resides in, is located in, are incorporated in, or has a registered office in any of the following: Afghanistan, Algeria, American Samoa, Angola, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Balkans, Bangladesh, Belarus, Belgium, Bolivia, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Botswana, Bulgaria, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Central African Republic, Chad, Crimea of Ukraine, Croatia, Cuba, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Denmark, Egypt, England and Wales, Eritrea, Estonia, Ethiopia, Finland, France, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Guam, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Hungary, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Laos, Latvia, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madagascar, Mali, Malta, Morocco, Mozambique, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Northern Mariana Islands, Pakistan, People’s Republic of China, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Republic of the Congo, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Somalia, South Sudan, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Sweden, Syrian Arab Republic (Syria), Tajikistan, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Virgin Islands (U.S.), Yemen, Zimbabwe, and any other jurisdictions subject to applicable economic and trade sanctions or export control laws and regulations (collectively, "Restricted Territories"); and (b) a citizen of Restricted Territories, regardless of your location.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of this website and the Services complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that your activities are lawful under such applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, wallets, devices, and any authentication methods used to access the Services. You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account or wallets, whether or not authorized by you, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or compliance risk, or used the Services in a manner that may harm us, our users, or third parties.

2. Wallets and On-Chain Activity

Certain features of the Services require you to connect or use a blockchain wallet. By doing so, you represent and warrant that you control the relevant wallet and have authority to initiate the relevant on-chain transactions.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once submitted and confirmed;
• we do not control any blockchain, validator set, wallet provider, bridge, or third-party protocol;
• network congestion, smart contract risk, validator behavior, forks, exploits, gas fees, slippage, outages, or other technical events may affect your transactions or assets; and
• you are solely responsible for reviewing transaction details before approval and for any taxes, reporting obligations, or third-party fees associated with your activity.

3. Token Plans and Payments

Certain parts of the Services require the purchase of token plans, credits, hardware bundles, or related access packages ("Token Plans"). Unless we expressly state otherwise at the point of sale, Token Plans are offered by WorldClaw Limited for access to software, services, hardware, or related benefits, and are not investment products, deposits, brokerage products, or securities offerings.

Payments for Token Plans may be processed on-chain, including through supported payment methods such as $USD1. Certain eligible plans may also be made available through the optional token lock mechanism described in Section 4 below.

Pricing, availability, quantities, and eligibility criteria may change at any time before your transaction is completed. A displayed price or promotional statement does not guarantee availability until the applicable transaction is successfully submitted and accepted by the relevant systems.

All purchases are one-time transactions unless expressly stated otherwise. There are no recurring subscription fees or automatic renewals for Token Plans unless we clearly disclose them in advance.

You acknowledge and agree that the Services and Token Plans are provided solely by WorldClaw and are not offered, managed, or controlled in any way by World Liberty Financial LLC and its affiliates (“WLFI”). By using the Services or Token Plans, you expressly agree that you have read, understand, and accept all the applicable terms, conditions and risks that may apply to your use of the Services or Token Plans. WLFI shall have no responsibility or liability with respect to the Services or Token Plans, it being understood that WLFI role is limited to licensing use of certain trademarks.

4. Optional WLFI Token Lock Mechanism

We may make certain plans or access rights available through an optional mechanism that allows eligible users to obtain access by locking $WLFI directly with WorldClaw Limited (the "Token Lock Mechanism").

You acknowledge and agree that:

• the Token Lock Mechanism is a third-party service provided solely by WorldClaw Limited directly between wallet holders and WorldClaw Limited;
• World Liberty Financial LLC and its affiliates do not offer, manage, administer, sponsor, control, or assume responsibility for the Token Lock Mechanism;
• your use of the Token Lock Mechanism is at your own risk and may be subject to additional product disclosures, transaction confirmations, operational requirements, lock-up periods, and eligibility restrictions presented to you at the time of use; and
• we may suspend, modify, or discontinue the Token Lock Mechanism at any time if required for legal, compliance, operational, security, or business reasons.

If you do not agree to the terms, conditions, and risks applicable to the Token Lock Mechanism, do not use it.

You acknowledge and agree that the Token Lock Mechanism is provided solely by WorldClaw and is not offered, managed, or controlled in any way by WLFI. By using the Token Lock Mechanism, you expressly agree that you have read, understand, and accept all the applicable terms, conditions and risks that may apply to your use of the Token Lock Mechanism. WLFI shall have no responsibility or liability with respect to the Token Lock Mechanism.

5. Early Access, Promotions, Raffles, and Events

From time to time, we may offer early access opportunities, waitlists, promotional campaigns, referral programs, raffles, sweepstakes, contests, invitation opportunities, private events, or similar activities (collectively, "Promotions").

Your participation in any Promotion is subject to:

• these Terms;
• any additional official rules, supplemental terms, eligibility criteria, disclosures, or other conditions that we publish or present for that Promotion before participation or entry; and
• all applicable laws and regulations.

Without limiting the foregoing:

• no statement on the Services guarantees any invitation, selection, winning outcome, attendance, meeting, seating, travel, accommodation, or similar benefit;
• references to a chance to attend or receive an invitation to any private event are promotional only and remain subject to eligibility, availability, venue restrictions, security requirements, supplemental terms, and applicable law;
• Promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by law; and
• we may modify, substitute, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time if we determine that doing so is necessary or appropriate for legal, compliance, operational, security, or reputational reasons.

If a Promotion includes or may include a raffle, drawing, sweepstakes, or other game-of-chance element, you may not participate unless and until the applicable official rules or supplemental terms for that Promotion have been made available by us. You acknowledge and agree that any Promotions are provided solely by WorldClaw and are not offered, managed, or controlled in any way by WLFI. By entering into the Promotions, you expressly agree that you have read, understand, and accept all the applicable terms, conditions and risks that may apply to your use of the Promotions. WLFI shall have no responsibility or liability with respect to the Promotions.

6. Refunds and Finality

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by us in writing, all purchases of Token Plans are final and non-refundable.

Any exception, accommodation, or credit that we may choose to provide in a particular case is voluntary, does not create any obligation to do so in the future, and does not waive any rights under these Terms.

7. User Content

The Services may allow you to submit, post, upload, link, store, or otherwise make available information, text, graphics, images, prompts, feedback, or other materials ("Content"). You are solely responsible for your Content and for ensuring that it is lawful and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

By submitting Content through the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• you own the Content or have all rights necessary to provide it to us and to authorize our use of it as contemplated by these Terms; and
• your Content, and our use of it in accordance with these Terms, does not violate any law or infringe or misappropriate any third-party rights.

You retain your ownership rights in your Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, display, perform, distribute, and otherwise use the Content as necessary to operate, improve, secure, and provide the Services.

We may, but are not required to, monitor, review, remove, edit, or disable access to any Content.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services:

• in violation of any applicable law, regulation, sanctions program, court order, or governmental requirement;
• to engage in fraud, deception, market abuse, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any unlawful or abusive conduct;
• to impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• to interfere with, disrupt, damage, overburden, or compromise the integrity, security, or performance of the Services;
• to upload, transmit, or distribute any malware, malicious code, or harmful material;
• to scrape, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or underlying components of the Services except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law;
• to exploit or harm minors;
• to violate the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights; or
• in any way that may create legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for WorldClaw Limited, its users, or its service providers.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party wallets, blockchain networks, websites, protocols, payment rails, storage providers, analytics tools, or other services that are not owned or controlled by WorldClaw Limited.

We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party service, including any third-party terms, privacy practices, uptime, security, or performance. Your use of any third-party service is solely between you and that third party, and may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, trade dress, audiovisual materials, and other content provided by us (excluding your Content), are owned by or licensed to WorldClaw Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.

Except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms, no license or other rights are granted to you by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably determine that:

• you have breached these Terms;
• your use of the Services creates legal, regulatory, security, or operational risk;
• we are required to do so by law, court order, regulator, or service provider; or
• continued access is no longer commercially or operationally feasible.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive suspension or termination will survive, including ownership, licenses, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnities, governing law, and dispute provisions.

12. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldClaw Limited disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, uninterrupted operation, or that the Services will be error-free or secure.

Without limiting the foregoing:

• we do not warrant that any feature, Promotion, or Token Plan will always be available;
• we do not guarantee that any transaction will be successful, confirmed, or completed on any particular timeline;
• we do not guarantee any promotional outcome, invitation, meeting opportunity, event attendance, or private-event benefit; and
• nothing in the Services constitutes legal, tax, investment, accounting, brokerage, or financial advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldClaw Limited and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, business opportunity, data, digital assets, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, for the relevant Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WorldClaw Limited and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• your use of the Services;
• your breach of these Terms;
• your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any person or entity; or
• your Content, wallets, transactions, or participation in any Promotion.

You acknowledge and agree that WLFI shall have no responsibility or liability with respect to the Services, Token Plans, Token Lock Mechanism, WorldClaw Promotions, or any other product or service offered by WorldClaw. You, at your own expense, shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend WLFI, its affiliates, successors and assigns, and its and their directors, officers, employees and agents, against any claim, demand, cause of action, debt, expense or liability (including attorney’s fees and costs), to the extent that such claims are related to the Services, Token Plan, Token Lock Mechanism, WorldClaw Promotions, or any other product or service offered by WorldClaw.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

You and WorldClaw Limited irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page, and we may provide additional notice if required by law or if we determine that the changes are material.

By continuing to access or use the Services after revised Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
